TL;DR: statistics describe the selected sample

Results depend on the chosen window, sample size and completeness. Historical summaries do not reveal the next endpoint or prove a profitable strategy.

  • Define the sample before calculating.
  • Include every valid recorded round.
  • Report target and method.
  • Do not confuse sample rate with official probability.
ARRIVAL INFO · STAT-01

Start with a defined sample

Record the source, game version, start and end time, number of valid rounds and any missing data. A screenshot selected around an unusual streak is not a neutral sample.

GATE 02 · FREQUENCY

Observed hit rate belongs to the sample

For a target of 2.00×, divide the number of recorded endpoints at or above 2.00× by all valid rounds. The result describes those records only and is not the next-round probability.

GATE 03 · MEAN AND OUTLIERS

A few large values can distort the average

The arithmetic mean adds values and divides by their count. Extreme multipliers can pull it upward, so it should not be presented alone as the typical endpoint.

GATE 04 · MEDIAN

The middle value is less sensitive to extremes

Order the observations and find the middle value, or average the two middle values for an even count. Median still describes the sample and does not predict another result.

GATE 05 · BIAS AND MISSING DATA

Incomplete history produces unreliable comparisons

Selected screenshots, omitted low values, changed targets and mixed game versions create bias. Set the target and method before viewing the results.

Statistics depend on the data selected

A statistic can be calculated correctly and still be irrelevant to the next decision if the sample is incomplete, short or drawn from a different game version. Check the source, period and definition before relying on an average, count or percentage shared online.

Averages hide individual outcomes

A long-run average does not tell a player what one round or one session will return. Short sequences can sit far from a theoretical measure, and a value that appears unusual does not create an obligation for a later result to balance it. Statistics describe data; they do not direct the endpoint.

Keep the useful numbers simple

For personal records, total accepted stakes, total returned amount, net change, time spent and number of rounds are more useful than a signal dashboard. They show exposure and whether a planned boundary was respected. Use them to stop and review, not to justify a larger next stake.

GATE 07 · FAQ

Aviator Statistics FAQ

Can statistics predict the next round?+

No. They summarise historical records.

Why can mean mislead?+

Large outliers can pull it upward.

What is observed hit rate?+
